maybe have a general or offtopic section, eg like a place to
reccomend a website or have some toon stuff for sale etc

However an off topic section is a goodidea and just gives the
forum a place for other stuff.

I like this idea. For instance, if a certain Admin was doing a
Karaoke next Saturday in Wallsend then maybe he could let people
on here know that its in The Ship on the High Street and starts
at 8pm - Midnight. Just a thought :-)
