       "We are working on making our layouts more and more flexible.
       These track modules are part of that.
       The rails are on standard MILS+ballast height. (minus the
       baseplate but you could place it if you insist)
       
       We are currently calling it NOIS (New Organic Island Standard)
       or NOES in Dutch.
