I've had a kidney stone, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst
enemy! It passed in the middle of the night (2 a.m. or so) and
woke me up in the worst pain I've ever had. Trust me, that's
saying something! The pain was so bad that I could barely
breathe while it was passing. Once it was over, though, I was
so exhausted from the ordeal that I slept extremely well the
rest of the night.
