I'm the same. I used to talk on the phone all the time. Now,
not so much. Do you talk on the phone often?

Using the speaker is a good idea. My mom uses it when's cooking
and I'm on the phone with her. I always forget about it. Do
you talk on the phone often?

It's hard to hear when there are distractions in the room. Do

What part of calls gives you the anxiety? I feel trapped if
I'm on the phone too long.

your boys hit the stage of talking on the phone a lot?
