I need to sit and focus. I sometimes have issues taking
everything in and if I have any distractions I'm lost.

I usually walk around. I hate talking on the phone so sitting
makes me fidgity.

Usually I put my phone on speaker and do things around the house
while I'm talking.

If no people are home, I can sit & talk no problem. If people
are home, I wander to get away from the noise.

I almost always do something else while I'm on the phone. I
have pretty severe anxiety about phone calls, and if I'm just
sitting there, I'm more likely to freak out.

I usually sit especially if its a call where I might have to
write stuff down. But if its a long talker (which is rare for
me) than I might get up and grab stuff as needed during the
call.
