house. We're trying to get it prepped to put on the market so
we've been doing a lot of painting. Our newest project will be
having our septic system completely redone. The inspection we
had done showed some high dollar problems we weren't expecting.

If you include minor things, I just patched up two holes in my
bathroom wall... waiting for it to dry before sanding and
painting. Bobby fell comi ng out of the tub and yanked the
towel bar out of the wall... Poor kid! You should've seen his
face when he told me he destroyed the wall, lol!

For now we are doing things that need to be done and eventually

We don't have any home projects because the owner of the
townhouse handles all maintenance.
