Typically we make lists for things we need and stick to them.
But if we see things we may need and they're on sale we might
splurge.

I’m a conservative shopper ..it seems except at the grocery
store . I work at one so practically everyday I buy something .
My SO on the other hand loves to spend

Only if I need them mostly but occasionally get something I want
if the price is right.

Most of the time I only buy what we need. Sometimes if I see
something on clearance that is a good deal I will get it.

Very conservative when it comes to shopping.
The only shopping we do right now is grocery shopping, and then
we are on a strict budget, so a lot of what we use to enjoy we
have to hold off on until things are better.
Any other shopping like for clothes, shoes/Boots or medical
supplies that our insurance doesn't cover then we are going to
have to wait and do without until things are better financially.

stick too as much as possible

A bit of both - I save wherever I can. Wait for sales, use
coupons. But if I need/want something I'll buy it (within reason
of course)
