What do you think of this?

This was on a friend's facebook today. Apparently its the
anniversary of her divorce. Personally I don't give my effed up
ex any thoughts. He's gone from my life, and yes, I am happier.
I'm happier because of me not him. I guess that relationship
pushed me into the therapy I so desperately needed, but again
that was all me. Nothing from him. He is nothing.

Well, I'm glad the outcome of divorcing your ex was good for
you! And I'm so glad you were able to be on and are happier now!

I don't have an ex but I know several people who would love that
meme. I'm glad that your divorce was a good thing for you.

Eh whatever makes someone else happy. I don’t think about my
exes either.

OMG, no. With ex-SO1 it's a blessing that he's permanently out
of my life (blocking him on Facebook also helps to keep him
blocked.) After we split I was able to live the way I wanted and
imagined; I could be me and explore the way I wanted to be. I
didn't have to deal with his "it's either my way or it's wrong"
and "the problem isn't me. There's nothing wrong with me. It's
you that has got to change" attitudes.
Yes, there was a time where it was very difficult but we each
have to find the happy in us and find the way to make ourselves
happy. I understand that there are also exes who continue to
make our lives miserable, but again, we have to find our ways to
be happy. Why give control of our happiness to an ex???
