With Father's Day on Sunday, are you planning a special meal or
going out with your DH?

We haven't actually figured that out yet. I offered to make him
a special supper and send him to a movie at the new theatre. But
he'd rather be home with us. So it'll probably be us at home
with a special supper and a cake or dessert that I'll make.

Well, a special meal at home and a cake or dessert sounds

Coffee or ice cream LOL He doesn't really have a favorite
dessert. But will occasionally ask me to bake a cake (that he
will only eat 1 small piece of) so I'm not sure what I'll make.

We are doing a family bbq at my parents house. We'll eat a lot

[/quote]well he isn’t my dh he is my SO and isn’t my dd’s
Biological dad but still is her “daddy” figure ( her dad really
isn’t in the picture . He tries to call her sometimes but he is
a compulsive liar and an annoying drunk ) so she never answers .
Not sure what we will do . It might be too busy in the water to
go boating . He doesn’t like that . I bought him golf balls so
maybe I’ll take him to the course . It will be his choice for
dinner. But as far as going out I highly doubt it bc the
restaurants are nuts on these special days
