I have both. My cell phone calendar reminds and alerts me about
my engagements. A wall calendar keeps me & DH informed of
eachother's activities. We each have one.

I've been using the same wall calendar for 17 years and I can't
function without it. I like having everything at a glance. I
am slowly trying to use my cell phone for the stuff more though.

i have a planner that i write everything down in. i don't trust
my phone to not mess up and i think i just like writing things
down better so i can pull out my planner and see the whole month
ahead.
