It's a little to chilly for iced tea today, but I love iced tea.
I am primarily a coffee drinker but I always enjoy ice tea in
warm weather and am trying to incorporate more green tea into my
diet. I make my own brew every couple of days: I brew 2 green
tea bags in about 6 ozs of water, and add it to a pitcher of 4C
Green Ice Tea mix which is sweetened with Spenda and water.
Then I add lots of fresh mint leaves from my garden. I might
also add a Lipton Cold Brew tea bag. Yum!

Not tonight but I will be making some with a lemon infusion for
supper tomorrow.

I didn't but DH had iced tea with dinner. I do want to find a
recipe for fresh iced tea to make. I've never tried before.
