Are there fellow sloths here?

I am not like many of you who are naturally just more active.
For those who have a difficult time being active (as in,
exercising daily) what motivates you? How do you get yourself
out of your bed, into your gym clothes and out the door? Quite
honestly, I might have to get that early morning cab service to
come pick me up and take me to a gym.

i was not that active before. I used to think doing other
things would count as being in that active part.

You are quite good now, though. What motivated you to change?

What are you going to do?
I've been thinking of you. I am doing a keto diet and am on some
forums of Facebook. A lot of people who as doing the diet have
auto-immune diseases including Hashimoto. They said that the
diet help with the pain flares quite a lot.

[/quote]Oh no! We have to find a way to motivate ourselves. I
just read an article that says that weight training may help
ease depression, so that is motivating me.
See my reply above to Jennifer re keto diet and pain.

Lol I do have my days like this but not a lot. I am very active.
But when I am having these days I just look at myself and say
you will be glad you did it. It will also put you in a better
mood. SO just get up and do it! ;)
