This is so very sad.
A friend of mine just sent a group message to tell us that she's
not doing well. She's not suicidal, but Anthony Bourdain's death
pushed her to tell us what's happening in her life, and ask for
support.
People have to understand that it's okay to be vulnerable, to
feel lost, to be depressed and anxious. No one is good at it.
There's no manual - we each have to find our way out. It's okay
to cry. But the most important is that it's okay to reach out to
loved ones and good friends so that we have the support that we
need.

It's very sad. I just read an article yesterday about suicide
that it's on the rise especially in middle aged people. It's
scary especially when it's still so taboo to talk about openly.
