DH spent the morning trying to find a gas station (and we have
dozens of them here!) that would fix it for him but today being

alone.) It's chilly and sort of drizzly here today so I'm making
sauce; we'll have it over rotini pasta with grilled Italian
sausage, with garlic bread and stuffed artichokes.

Tonight we will have fried kielbasa and Mac and cheese ( I was
planning on the kielbasa another night but I want something easy
)

Bobby wanted Lean Pockets... I finished up some mediterranean
meatballs and a big salad with loads of veggies.

ground turkey, panko, onions, stewed tomatoes, seasoning....
browned them quickly, then baked them in the oven... so good!

I made a sort of Shepherd's Pie for dh. I had sausages and a
cucumber salad.
