       It was good! I still need to work with it. Darn egg whites. I
       have never done those before so I need to practice that but
       other than that the bread was good. :)

       What happened with the egg whites? You just have to be patient
       when fluffing them up - it takes time.

       Do you seriously need to separate the whites of the egg from the
       yolk? It just does not make sense to me too separate them when
       you use the whole egg anyway.
