Well, it seems that I didn't do too bad with Wednesday's dinner.
We share various tapas, had some seafood paella, and sangria.
Normally the paella and the sangria are off limits but I didn't
go overboard. I was over 20 grams of carbs but still within low
carb range.

Thursday (it's now Friday morning and I'm trying to remember
what I ate).
Ah, ok. Lunch with my friend's colleague, who is in town for a
training.
We had - grilled fish, fried tofu stuffed with shrimp and
vegetables, a salad, papaya flower and leaves stir fry, and
shared a rice. I think that was it. I took home what was left
(not much, a tofu and come of the papaya stir fry) and that was
my dinner. It was a bit too carby and sweet, but I am still
within the weight I want to be right now.

Thank you.
Friday: cheddar cheese and parmesan-crusted chicken tenders. I
think I had 5 pieces. I will now forage for dinner.
Friday dinner: smoked kippers and zucchini.
