       my pills don't let me it makes me so nauseous and less hungry
       it's why I want off them.

       Monday ~not great ..s .. 4 salmon pinwheels & 5 black olivesl ..
       1/2 of a salami sanwich in a pita pockets .. cookied .. 6 inch

       I'm still just trying to eat a ketogenic diet as much as
       possible. Some days are better, some days worse.
       Tuesday
       No breakfast
       One small slice cake (I got hungry and there was nothing else.)
       Dinner: roast chicken and salad
       Wednesday
       1 teaspoon sugar-free peanut butter
       3 parmesan-crusted chicken tenders in the afternoon.
       Hoping I can find something in the menu tonight as we're eating
       out.
