[/quote]i just made the filling . It suppose to be easier to
fill if it hardens s little in the fridge . I only used like 16
oz of ricotta ( recipe calls for 32 but it’s just me and my SO
eating ) 1 egg( recipe says 2) 3/4 of shredded mozzarella,
parsley , 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt , pepper . It tasted good .
