I think the only thing we have that's close to a casserole would
be shepherd's pie. Sometimes dh will do a skillet style
casserole with any leftover pasta and meat but we don't usually
plan a casserole.

I never make casseroles. I suppose it's because I didn't grow up
eating casseroles, either.

I make mine the same way, but I add a little onion powder and
dijon mustard for more flavor...How cool! :) I sometimes
substitute diced chicken breast and cream of chicken soup for
the tuna and mushroom soup, and add some chopped frozen
broccoli :)
