Sports shoes

need different shoes, too.
What brand of sports shoes do you wear, and are you happy with
them? What kind(s) of sports activities do you use these for?

I like Nikes. They are a bit tight for me, but they are
comfortable.
Do you wear these for work, too?

I wear both Nike and Skechers athletic shoes and I use them for
working out at the gym. And jogging.

I've been wearing a pair of Hokas for the past month and really
like them. DH turned me onto them. He runs in his but I just
use mine for every day wear and walking.

Running.I use Asics gel because it has the support for flat feet
like mine/pronation.In the winter I wear Salomon Speed Cross
3.It has good traction and runs well in the snow.

I love my aesics. The other ones I like are sketchers.
