       I know we talked about this a couple of weeks ago, but please
       share with us what your non-scale victories are.
       Too many people are focused on their weight instead of focusing
       on other aspects of their health journey. So please share - your
       NSV might inspire someone to adopt it as theirs.

       You are at a healthy weight already and that's very, very good.

       My NSV Goals:
       I'd like to fit into my clothes more comfortably
       Reap the benefits of healthy eating - glowing skin, more energy,
       less lethargy, etc
       Climb the cinder steps that are a block from my house without
       fatigue or pain in my knees/right hip
       Complete the Pilates video that you sent me, Kika.  It's 12
       minutes long and right now I can only do 3 minutes, but working
       on it!

       Being able to fit better into our clothes is such a nice reward.
       More energy, better skin, clearer mind = more motivation.
       I know you'll be able to have less pain, be able to conquer
       those steps and do the Pilates video soon.
