am not familiar with keto diets do you eat mostly fruit and
vegetables and lean meats?

No, it's high fat/medium protein/low carb. It works for me
because it means I don't need to cook two different meals, one
for dh and one for me. I basically make something for the two of
us. DH gets a carb and I get extra vegetables. Plus being able
to cook with butter and eat cheese calms my cravings.

Chicken and steak mixed is what I normally order but when DH
cooks them it's whichever meat was a better deal lol

It's great that it works for you so you don't have to cook 2
different meals, that's awesome! What do you have for breakfast?
