I'm on a keto diet so you can eat this. But I haven't in the
past three weeks just because. Too much of a good thing can be
too much. KWIM?

It's going well. It's a diet that suits me and is relatively
easy. Though I'm not observing a strict keto, I'm still losing.
As of today, 7 kgs/15 lbs lost. I'm focusing on the next 7.
