Hard to say as we love chicken and like it lots of ways. Some
faves are: roasted in the oven on a bed of veggies - potatoes,
onions, carrots, celery. I rub the chicken with butter, olive
oil, herbs like sage, thyme, rosemary and use lots of fresh
parsley, and pour white wine in the bottom of the roasting pan.
Great 1 pan meal! We also enjoy southern fried chicken which I
make by marinating the chicken in buttermilk, and frying in in a
coating of flour and corn meal. I don't make this often, but
it's a treat when I do. Chicken parmagiana is always a fave.
And, of course, grilled chicken, either coated with BBQ sauce,
which I usually make myself, or marinaded in either herbs and
lemon juice, or olive oil, herbs and balsamic vinegar. I also
make a dish in winter called "Chicken Rustica" - it's made with
chunks of chicken breast, Italian sausage, onions and potatoes,
mushrooms in a balsamic reduction. Then of course, there's
chicken soup, chicken and dumplings, and
chicken pot pie.

I make it more ways than this, but these are
my faves. I make rubs and marinades for most of the meat I make.
I am going to start trying to grill it outside a little more
after we get our new grill.[quote author=Pattya925

Do you use any marinades or sauces?

Oh, so many different ways. I've been really wanting to
marinate it and cook it on the grill lately though. [quote

The easiest way is to roast it, either in the oven or in the air
fryer.
DH likes them pan-fried with butter. Sometimes I "bread" them
with parmesan.
