Hard to say as we love chicken and like it lots of ways. Some
faves are: roasted in the oven on a bed of veggies - potatoes,
onions, carrots, celery. I rub the chicken with butter, olive
oil, herbs like sage, thyme, rosemary and use lots of fresh
parsley, and pour white wine in the bottom of the roasting pan.
Great 1 pan meal! We also enjoy southern fried chicken which I
make by marinating the chicken in buttermilk, and frying in in a
coating of flour and corn meal. I don't make this often, but
it's a treat when I do. Chicken parmagiana is always a fave.
And, of course, grilled chicken, either coated with BBQ sauce,
which I usually make myself, or marinaded in either herbs and
lemon juice, or olive oil, herbs and balsamic vinegar. I also
make a dish in winter called "Chicken Rustica" - it's made with
chunks of chicken breast, Italian sausage, onions and potatoes,
mushrooms in a balsamic reduction. Then of course, there's
chicken soup, chicken and dumplings, and
       chicken pot pie.

I love it on the grill with bbq sauce or on a skewer. I also
like it baked with an oil based dressing to season it.
       [/quote]
When is the last time you grilled it?
