Fry it seasoned with alittle water
Shake n bake
Bake it in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Simmer in cream of mushroom soup..no water

I love it on the grill with bbq sauce or on a skewer. I also
like it baked with an oil based dressing to season it.

I'm lousy at cooking chicken. I usually just poach whatever
amount I need for a recipe, then add it in with the rest of the
ingredients.
