I get a gel manicure about every two weeks. Costs $30 + $5 tip.
They usually last at least 2 weeks, dry instantly, look great,
and keep my fragile nails from breaking. Costs about twice what
a weekly manicure costs but lasts twice as long - so it's a
savings in the long run. I get a pedicure once a month (once
every 6-8 weeks in winter) which is $25 + $5 tip. Because of my
back problems, I can't care for my feet as I used to so it's
totally worth it for me. From age 14 until about 15 years ago,
I did my own manicures and pedicures.

[font=andale mono]I haven't been in a long time but I think
they're usually $55 or so without tip for both around here.
