I’m always wanting different recipes for this . I don’t make it
too often but thinking of having it on the menu this week.
Anyone have any good ones ?

Someone told me she puts mozzarella cheese in the middle and
diced tomatoes on top . As far as the tomatoes I’d only be able
to put it on half . Was thinking of trying it . I just use bread
crumbs and seasoning and sometimes worchestire sauce . I like
putting onion soup mix in too.
Maybe I’ll try the packet with the cheese and tomatoes

I just do a basic recipe but I add some Heinz 57 sauce to mine
and brush it on the top.

I used to make it for my SIL's dad. I would use ground beef,
seasoned bread crumbs, garlic power and either onions or onion
powder. I'd add egg and Worcestershire sauce. I baked it at
350 in the oven covered with foil for about 30 - 45 minutes
depending on how much meat I used. Then removed the foil
towards the end to let it brown.
