       Monday - 8 miles bicycle
       The rest of the group went 12 but we had to get back to the
       house by 10:30 and I'm glad because it was already so hot and
       humid, sweat was dripping into my eyes (sorry TMI lol).

       Mon....9110 steps with walks around a reservoir and a small
       lake...and walk workouts.
