       taming the beast--curly hair
       By: guest112 Date: May 26, 2018, 11:14 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
My 3 neices are staying with me for 6-8 weeks until their uncle
can take custody of them full time.
We NEED hair help. They all have long(to their butts) naturally
curly hair. It's long, it's fly away messy, and can be frizzy,
it's driving me crazy. No matter how we fix it(braid, ponytail,
ect.ect.) within half an hour it's falling in their faces.
Is there any kind of product that we can use to tame it down?

can you hair spray it after you have it fixed.

Try the frizz ease products. They are pretty reasonably priced
and can help. Also spraying their hair after it's styled and
some barrettes or bobby pins to keep shorter hair where it's
       supposed to go.

Tried it, only works for a little while. I don't have the
patience to keep having to fix it.

He lives in a studio apartment and can't take them until his
lease runs out. Plus CPS won't let him have them until he gets
moved into a house or apartment with bedrooms.

They are 9, 7, and 5. The oldest does ok but the 2 younger ones
struggle with it. They really haven't been taught proper
       hygeine. [quote author=Hugss link=topic=316.msg5191#msg5191
