My favorites would be a cup of Greek yogurt, a banana, a cup of
cereal- usually Cheerios or instant oatmeal, a cereal or
fruit-filled snack bar, or a slice or two of toast or English
muffin.

My breakfast is always quick and easy. Eggos or an english
muffin with cheese, yogurt and juice or water.

deli but I rarely eat a real lunch . I usually wait until I get

McMuffin. Usually I just have coffee.

If I am going to be on the go, I usually just take my insulated
mug of coffee. Then grab something while I am out. I like the
egg mcmuffin with sausage.
