Yuppers! My mom used it every Sat morning for breakfast. She'd
make hash or fry it and serve it with eggs and toast. Sooo salty
but boy did it crisp up nice and smelled almost as good as
bacon!

I have had Spam - Mom served it sometimes instead of bacon or
sausage for breakfast, grilled in a skillet, after she cooked
the eggs. I like it well enough but it's really too salty for me
and not especially healthy so I rarely buy it.
