We used to go on long walks when the kids were little. Not so

we walk all the time
but every sunday we have a waking day where we go to different
places to explore

I love walking. More strolling these days so my knee doesn't get
sore. I do join a walking group at times. Then I am huffing and
puffing to keep up. :)
