PJ bottoms and a t-shirt. Another spare t-shirt in the
bathroom, in case of hot flashes. Sleeper socks because my feet
will cramp if they get cold. Not fun being woke up by Charlie
Horses in your feet.

Usually a tshirt and pj shirts or light weight short night gown
