It's Wednesday Evening!!

My day was ok, I'm still waiting for the plumber to come and
fix my leaking bath tub! Ugh!! I'm in tonight....

Week is going fine . Day was busy at work . No plans tonight .
Probably just watch some tv

The week has been good so far and today was nice and quiet until
3:20. That's when the final bell rang at the school and the
party started on the front lawn! The teachers pump up the jam
and do a fun dance (wearing novelty glasses) to School's Out by
Alice Cooper. Everybody gets down and there's lots of silliness
and very loud cheering by kids and staff alike. Then there's
lots of hugs and picture taking before the kids in gr 1-5 pile
on the buses and the gr 6 class heads off to their party. Now
I'm in the middle of a pile of school supplies and stinky shoes
and bursting with pride in my kids and their amazing report
cards. This evening we'll be going out to supper at a restaurant
of their choice to celebrate and they might be able to talk me
into letting them extend their bedtime tonight.

That's so awesome!! It definitely is an accomplishment for the
kids to finish a year of school each year, and it's totally
great that is recognized by the staff at school! :)
