They don't really think anything other than what I've explained
to them, which is that I eat that way to maintain my weight
loss. They are not negatively affected by it, they know I have
been doing it a long time, so it's more of a lifestyle. And they
are free to eat whatever I cook for them and Dh, so they are ok
with that....
