       Transition to Electron.

       With our failure to deliver Mobile ports of To-DoOS NT Codename:
       Iris, we have decided to transition to electron. Electron will
       allow us to develop a Mobile Port and will make future ports
       easier. From To-DoOS NT 18 onwards, we will now ultilize
       Electron.
