       UPDATE:Scott Steiner vs. TNA Lawsuit
   DIR By: tnafanforum

       ---------------------------------------------------------
in Scott Steiner’s lawsuit against TNA will be on November 30th
       at 9AM in Nashville.
When they return to court, TNA will argue that Steiner’s breach
of contract suit against them be thrown out of court as he did
not notify them of an alleged breach and give them 30 days to
repair it, per their contractual agreement.
Steiner has sued TNA for breach in response to their lawsuit
against him for ripping the company and its executives on
       Twitter.
Remember part of this is to do with Jeff hardy being drink / on
drug's and hurting him back in a match
remember to come a member to have your say on this..

Steiner is a bona fide Drama Queen. He doesnt have a leg to
stand on. Hes just p****d that TNA let him go.

I think he should not said what he did on twitter. That will
       not help him in anyway.
But sorry I got to say this. When you are at work you go and
work in a safe working place. If someone was drunk or on drugs
at your work and hurt you what would you do?
I think he should get something.

       I wouldn't put a drunk in charge of a forklift. I wouldn't stick
a crackhead in charge of teaching kids. But TNA did very similar
in a simulated fighting arena where physical health was on the
line. He has a pretty good point in all honesty and it doesn't
matter who it is or how 'far they've come in rehab', it was
potentially very dangerous and extremely irresponsible /
negligent of both TNA and Hardy.
Of course, Steiner doesn't help his cause by ranting, but then
that guy has been in wrestling for decades. If he hadn't knocked
a few marbles loose by now, I'd be impressed. Besides, some of
what he said was true, it's just a case of how you say these
       things, which he failed at.

I think TNA should not of used jeff hardy until he was clean.
They must of new how bad he wwas and i have to say scott is
right and has the right to work in a safe working place.
