Hall of Famer to be Arraigned on 3rd degree murder

WWE Hall Of Famer Jimmy Snuka will officially be arraigned on
third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges on
November 2nd at 11am in LeHigh Valley, Pennsylvania by judge
Kelly L. Banach.
The charges stem from the 1983 death of Snuka’s girlfriend at
the time, Nancy Argentino.
The prosecutors and Snuka’s attorneys agreed to bypass the
preliminary hearings and go straight to trial at a hearing
earlier this month.
As part of the agreement, Snuka’s lawyers would receive
transcripts from the grand jury that indicted him.
