ECW Legend Responds to Rumours
By: ChrissiCalvert Date: September 4, 2015, 1:54 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
ECW Legend Sabu has responded to accusations from PWS owners
that at a recent a event needles, blood and feces was found in
his hotel room.
Below is what Sabu told Another Wrestling Podcast:
"For one its funny as hell and the truth is not as good as what
they made it sound like. It was awesome what they were quoted,
drugs, blood, & feces that was great, that sounds like a great
movie. I’m going to tell you the truth why they bashed me and
why they pulled this shit. Because I refused to put over their
fat ass f***ing japanese prick that they wanted me to put over
who I have never heard of. And they know, I’m sorry to get mad
but I’m going to tell you why they pulled this shit. They know I
get payed more to put over a nobody, sorry he’s a nobody but he
is. What they do this f***head company out of NJ, they bring in
big named talent and put over their dronies, which is fine
except for I’m not one of those guys that do that, they knew
that from the beginning. So they pulled that on me twice, I let
it go. They pulled it on me again so I didn’t let it go, so we
had a little disagreement, and afterwards they’re saying I tore
this hotel room up with pictures and all this bullshit, shit all
over the place and a dog. And they're right I had a dog and it
made a mess, but there was no shit, there was no drugs, no
needles, there was blood because you know I bleed and that's the
way it is, you know I didn't bleed all over the place. I bled in
bed and probably on the shower curtain but they made it sound
like I murdered somebody in that room and sacrificed my dog and
shit all over the room and that sounds great but that's not
true. They said they had a bill stating that the hotel when we
checked in under my name and my credit card was not denied like
they said it was. When we check out the room we had my name on
it, not theirs. The pictures of the bill they’re showing has Pat
Bucks name on it, so f*** him! He probably shit all over the
place and bled and killed someone all over the room and
sacrificed a dog. The truth is it was so funny I didn’t even
want to respond because they made it sound better than the
truth. They made it sound like I’m a Rockstar and having a great
time, and I am having a great time, but not that great of time."

I was never a huge fan of Sabu.
Something about the guy just didn't sit right with me. There's a
reason Tazz can't stand him and I never liked the story Sandman
told where he stumbled across Sabu receiving oral sex from Chris
Candido's girlfriend at the time; Tammy 'Sunny' Lynn in the ECW
locker room, brazen as can be. I guess all kinds of crazy sh*t
went down in ECW but that's no excuse. Also, what kind of
wrestler beats down a fan for stealing his head gear? Did the
guy deserve it? Maybe but you don't do that if you're a
professional.
Still respect the hell out of the guy, his dedication to the
extreme style is unrelenting and ridiculously self-sacrificial.
The guy is a badass - is he a pleasant man? I don't believe so.
Could he leave a hotel room in at least a mildly bloody mess and
be happy to leave others to clean it up? I certainly believe so.

I wouldn't put it past promoters to make shit up. Especially
with a ECW vet like Sabu, whose generation was known for doing
crazy stuff. You rarely hear anything bad about the guy, he's
fairly well respected, and for all his problems, the guy has
never quite been known to be a super violent or crazy person.
Yeah he beat up a fan once, but there's a unwritten rule of not
touching the talent. Especially knocking a hat off their head
which is a trigger for so many people. You just don't do that to
anybody and expect no response. That's the type of disrespect a
person wanting to fight will do.

Why the hell would u pay him more to put your roster over? Is
that not his job to help the show he works for at that time?

Guys like Sabu usually end up being the attraction to shows like
these. Having young guys being put over them usually ends up
being meaningless because of how small the shows are. So it
makes more sense to have the vets win. Unless the local guy is
super over, you're bringing a vet in to bring new fans in. Not
to mention Sabu is from a generation that's very up-tight about
things like this. Vets don't like to be brought in just to lose
unless it's against someone that actually matters.

Yer that is true but a match is a match I feel like the big

the UK guys

There's no denying that many wrestling vets have egos to go
along with entitlement.
