       />
TNA Star and former TNA Tag Team Champion Robbie E recently
spoke with ArtOfWrestling.CZ host Robert Krupar on a number of
subjects including where he got his start, some of his past work
in TNA and tons more. Below is a quick recap of the interview...
On how he got into wrestling:
I loved wrestling since I was kid because my older brother liked
it. So right when I turned 16 I started training with my
parents signature and approval at a local school in NJ. Pat
Kenney (Simon Diamond) had a great hand in my training and later
       getting me into TNA!!
       Having TNA World Title ambitions:
I would. It would be great to be added to the short list of
grand slam champions who have held every title and I think me
and EC3 could really tear the house down even though I hate him.
Of all the groups he was a part of, which one is his favorite
       and why:
I would say I had the most fun with Bigger Rob and the most
success with Jesse so it’s a tie between those two!! Big Rob and
Bigger Rob were certainly memorable plus we had the list!!! Me
and Jessie are the only team in pro wrestling history to both be
       former reality stars!!
On his new babyface character and whether he prefers being a
       heel or face:
I prefer being me the most and that’s what I am being. I think
the fans respect that I have put 5 years in and am loyal. I’m a
hard worker and love TNA!! Fans can sense that therefore they
       appreciate me.

I'm still not sold on him. His character has developed very
little over the last 5 years and if he bases it off his own
personality then he must be quite an asinine person in real
       life.
He has always needed a crutch character (Cookie, Big Rob T,
Jesse) and has never truly stood on his own, which is a shame.
It's also a shame all the titles he won were achieved by
       cheating in some way.
Some of the pre and post match interviews he did with Jesse & DJ
Z were horrendous - how they made air I have no clue (they were
basically larking around, being far too over-the-top and taking
the mickey - I found it juvenile and insulting as a fan).
I'd love for someone to sit him down and say here's what is
gonna happen: Jesse is going to beat seven bells out of you over
a series of matches. Then you leave TV for a couple of weeks.
You're gonna cut a promo 'from home' saying you've had enough of
playing the clown (little nugget there as he supposedly hates
clowns) and he's going to knuckle down and get serious - so he
can come back and beat Jesse once and for all. I'd tell him to
shave his head, grow a little bit more facial fuzz and get
       all-black ring gear.
He comes back, slows his style, appears stronger and beats
Jesse. Then he could move on to title shots.
Of course, I would've kept the BroMans going a lot longer as Tag
Champs before busting them apart - without DJ Z or any
       Knockouts.

He's evolving quite a bit. The man has a nice comedic side to
him, but he's capable of being very dramatic as well. His
matches with Jesse Godderz showed the talent both men have, and
I think Robbie E can develop his face persona even further to
become a bigger star than he's ever been. The guy is very
underrated on purpose I believe. He's always performed according
to his character, and now that his character is taking a more
serious turn than ever before, we're seeing that come through in
his matches/promos as well. Wouldn't be surprised to see him
       have a feud with EC3.
