The Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court has released court
documents which provide updates on the current status of WWE
Doctor Chris Amann Libel/Slander lawsuit against Phil “CM Punk”
Brooks and Colt Cabana, which is from comments Punk made during
an appearance on Colt Cabana’s “Art of Wrestling” podcast last
November about Amann’s treatment of Punk while in WWE.
Amann filed the lawsuit against the two men back on February
19th. The latest update is that the Judge assigned the case to a
category and allowed 28 months for Discovery of new evidence.
Basically, that means that both parties now have up to 28 months
to exchange information, obtain medical documentation, depose
witnesses, etc.
Even after that, it doesn’t mean that the case will go to trial,
but rather it will be hanging over both Punk and Cabana for some
time.

WWE dont have a leg to stand on after posting the Video to
"prove" Punk never had the Staph infection (When it clearly
showed it)

WWE are always suing somone now days . It is a sad world when it
comes down to WWE and suing people ..
