BREAKING: Returning Star causes Chaos with Tapings. Can No
Longer be Used

Hernandez recently returned to TNA Wrestling and became part of
the Beat Down Clan as MVP made huge efforts to bring him in. At
the time he signed with the company, he claimed that he was not
under contract with any other wrestling promotion, however that
is not the case.
After TNA taped several segments and matches that included him,
Lucha Underground, who he previously worked with before TNA,
reached out to TNA claiming that he was still under contract
with them.
Hernandez was not released from his obligations to Lucha
Underground, therefore he could not legally appear on broadcasts
of Impact Wrestling. TNA officials attempted to work out an
agreement with Lucha Underground that would allow the existing
footage to be used, but Lucha Underground wasn’t interested and
turned the offer down.
TNA will now have to film material at their next set of TV
Tapings later this month so they can fill in the gaps where they
remove Hernandez from future broadcasts.

[/quote] Maybe he wanted to get back on US a TV or his foot back
in the door . I really don't know tbh..
I had a chat with him last year and he told me he was close to
hanging up his boots and he was saying he did not think he would
ever be back with Tna etc

Personally, I hope TNA or LU doesn't shut the door on him. It
seems like a mistake was made and while it hurts TNA, Hernandez
has always been a quality talent. Shame TNA and LU couldn't work
something out. It's ironic that LU doesn't want Hernandez to be
on their show. Never was a fan of the no compete contracts.

Because he went to TNA whilest still under contract with them.

That's bad on his said he should of sad he was under a deal with
lU This will stop him from ever coming back to TnA now and Lu
