DEvon will not be at impact tonight.

There has been alot of talk about devon coming back to impact
tonight to give the belt to the winner of tonights match to get
a new tv champ. it looks like devon will not be part of impact
tonight and to back that up TNA President Dixie Carter reminded
everyone on her twitter account that this week is TNA
Championship Thursday, with the TV Title being defended. She
noted that a new television champion will be crowned at the
event. Revealing that either the recently departed Devon will
not be appearing on the show and defending the title, or he will
be dropping the title to his opponent.
alot of people wanteds to seehim come back for one more match or
togiveup the belt , also he had the backing of impacts CM hogan
wanting him back.
TNA also published a new Impact Preview for tomorrow's show
indicating that the TV title has been officially vacated: this

NEW TV CHAMPION TO BE CROWNED ON CHAMPIONSHIP THURSDAY!
“Championship Thursday” returns to Impact Wrestling on Spike TV
this Thursday with an added wrinkle; there is no defending
champion. Negotiations between TNA’s current TV Champion Devon
and TNA have been ongoing over the last month and have reached
an impasse. As of today, The TNA TV Championship last held by
Devon is vacated. TNA hopes that Devon returns to the active
roster in the future. A new TV champion will be crowned LIVE on
Impact!
Usually, in the “Championship Thursday” format, four
challengers meet with IMPACT WRESTLING GM Hulk Hogan and plead
their case as to why they deserve the shot at the champion. This
month, one of the four men is guaranteed to be the new TV
Champion! The challengers selected to compete in this
“Championship Thursday” are Samoa Joe, Garett Bischoff, Magnus
and Mr. Anderson. Hulk will hear these men’s arguments why they
should be the one to get the title shot and then Hogan will make
the hard decision of which two will face off. Tune into Spike TV
at 8pt/7ct this Thursday night to see a new champion crowned

I'm a big Devon fan I met him back in 2007 he is a very nice
guy. I hope to see him back in TNA again. I think he wants to
take some time away from wrestling and spend some time with
family can't blame him there. Maybe when he comes back we will
get to see a Team 3D reunion. The TV Title match for tomorrow
night I hope Hogan picks Magnus and Joe to go against each other
since they started the feud a few week ago on impact and it
would be great to see Magnus be the next TNA Television
Champion.

He is a nice guy but i do not like seeing him in the ring , when
he was a tag team i did not think that much of them both , but
now i love bully look how good he is now and he has made his
self one of the best out there , then you look at devon he is
still slow in the ring .

I agree with you Devon is slow in the ring. He was way better
years ago in 2006 when he came into TNA. Bully is way better now
he has made his character the best heel in wrestling today. I
would love to see the bully be the next TNA World Heavyweight
Champion. I do like bully better than Devon. I can see Devon
being a agent for TNA when he comes back like a road agent or a
agent kinda like Dlo Brown or Al Snow.

yer same here i can see devon doing more work with the young
ones , and bully would make a good tv champ :P i am a fan of him
now and to see how much he has done to become bully ray shows
that you are never to old .

No shocker that Devon isn't coming back for one more match. The
title is vacant and now it's time to find a new TV Champ. Can't
wait to see who that might be.

I HEARD THAT GARRATT BISCHOFF WAS IN THIS TOURNAMENT. THEY NEED
TO LET SOMEONE LIKE ANDERSON GUNNER OR EVEN JOE GO FOR THE TV
BELT GARRATT ISN'T READY
