This is a tough question!
He started off in WWE and built up most of his fan base by being
part of one of the most popular tag teams of all time, The
Hardyz, when he was just 16 years old! They had some incredible
matches with The Dudleyz & Edge & Christian (just go & watch TLC
1 & 2. Also watch the Hardyz vs Dudleys at Royal Rumble 2000) He
was this incredible high flyer with a live for the moment
attitude. If he was to return to WWE today, they would tell him
to tone down the crazy moves & not to throw himself off the
Titantron/stage area.
TNA have taken him on, (despite all his troubles) knowing that
he does what he does in the ring, not sure of how he would
perform as a singles competitor, still raw from leaving WWE &
have moulded him into a singles competitor, allowing him to
continue his high flying style and he is one, if not, the top
guy in the company right now. TNA also have a more relaxed
approach to work, where he only needs to fly to Orlando once a
week & appear at any house shows they book him for, compared to
WWE where he would always be on the road, away from Beth & Ruby.
I would say that hes probably better off in TNA, more for the
fact that they've allowed him to develop his character and keep
his high flying style. However if he did decide to go back to
WWE, even if it is just for one last match, then i wouldnt
begrudge him for it. At the end of the day, its up to Jeff to
decide where he is happiest.

Having followed his career from the very beginning I would say
he's probably the best to me in TNA. I only say because of how
relaxed he his and he gets to explore his artistic side more
through the company. That's got to be a great feeling for him.
Plus not to mention the time he gets to spend with Beth and Ruby
is very valuable to him. Jeff Has been great at both the WWE and
TNA. This question is really a matter of opinion when you boil
it down to it's core.

i agree with enigma minded jeff is better off in tna where he
can explore his artistic and creative side more plus he spends
more time with beth and ruby then he did when employed by the
wwe. you can tell he is alot happier in tna then wwe and you can
also see there is alot more trust

Not to say if Jeff went to the WWE he wouldn't have amazing
matches they just might be toned down a but to what they was
when he was there.

i think because tna is not a pg it can let him be more of hisd
self , wwe will want him to fit in the the pg . i think that
will take alot of him away tbh ..
there is a hand full of peoplewho can not be a pg like mr
anderson he will never be a pg same with bully ray . that is
what makes them them and pging them down will not work with
them.
