Kurt Angle Staying with TNA?
By: ChrissiCalvert Date: October 20, 2014, 4:13 pm

As reported last week by PWInsider, Kurt Angle supposedly turned
down a full-time return offer by WWE as he didn’t believe his
body would be able to handle working a full-time schedule.
Now Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio has noted that
according to his sources Kurt Angle will be staying with TNA
Wrestling. Meltzer is saying that TNA wants people to believe
Kurt Angle is leaving for WWE that way it can be a shocker when
folks see he’s staying with TNA. Kurt Angle’s contract with TNA
Wrestling supposedly expired last month on September 21st.
As always folks due take all you’re hearing with a grain of salt
as these are just rumors.

That would be an interesting twist if true. The part about TNA
wanting people to think Kurt Angle was about to crossover. That
said, if rumors are to be believed, then TNA is probably the
best place for him if you take into account both the financial
and health issues that would come up. WWE, supposedly HHH,
didn't want a part time Kurt Angle, although Sting seems to be
enjoying a rather non-active contract at the moment. I mean,
outside of some appearances at conventions and maybe some other
non-taping event, he's practically done nothing this whole time.
Makes me wonder if WWE is regretting the big purchases of a
Brock Lesnar and Sting but only getting a small return.
Especially now that their business is so Network oriented.
