Looking at it, Bully takes all of the table (as he usually did
back when he powerbombed woman during his WWF days), but I can
see how Dixie broke her back. Just the way she bounces is
definitely brutal stuff for any person her age.

I know TNA are saying she broke her back but when this was
filmed it was said that she only got a few bruised ribs. You
dont go from bruised ribs to a broken back within a few weeks

I don't know specifically what was said, as I haven't seen the
actual show yet, nor the youtube clip (waiting for it to come up
on xbox video so I can watch it on my TV). Was it the
commentators who said that on TV or was that a internet rumor
deal because the first I heard of her injury was in this actual
thread. So as far as I know, the spoiler news lined up with what
TNA is showing on their website.

I think it was a net rumour? I mean EC3, Spud and Dixie herself
are saying it busted back... I tend to trust them over some
       random spoiler floating around.

Hey folks, it's been a while. To be honest, I've had real
trouble watching TNA lately, mainly because I dislike every
booking decision being made of late. I did enjoy Xtravaganza and
I tuned into the following Impact.
       My reaction is as follows:
Just watched TNA. They put Dixie Carter through a table. All the
roster came out and supported it. To me, this felt extremely
wrong. First of all, let me say the whole heel Dixie character
is wrong. Put aside the fact she is a terrible heel. Use your
intelligence. This woman is responsible for keeping TNA alive.
Why is everyone hating on her? Her father's money kept the
company going. He invested because Dixie believed in TNA so
much. TNA would not even exist today without her. Dixie Carter
IS TNA. I know she felt she had to go heel but put simply, it's
a disaster. She wasn't a good heel, she was just annoying. Yes,
       there is a difference.
If the fans thought about it for a moment, they'd feel that
nagging feeling, too. Like I did. A feeling that says putting
Dixie through the table didn't feel quite right. She was
supposed to be the heel in this situation but it felt like a
bunch of pathetic bullies picking on a disillusioned woman. It's
terrible TV, it felt wrong to me and it's a shame that Dixie
felt she had to do it. She didn't.
She must look at the ratings and wonder what more can she do? No
one is watching Impact. She must wonder why. Why when she
employs all the 'experts', all the TV & wrestling
'professionals'. All the advisors, all the Exec Producers, all
the big name ex-WWE stars! Why aren't the ratings going up? Why
on Earth are they going down?! Maybe she hears the booing when
she appears at events and begins to blame herself? Her own
image? Maybe, if I turn heel? But the problem isn't her. The
fans enjoyed giving her shit just because they could. If
Stephanie & Triple H were as accessible as Dixie, they'd get
just as much shit, if not more. They do get that much shit in
forums & through the IWC anyway! People hate people in charge.
It's just the way of things.
No, I'm afraid it's the lacklustre staff Dixie employs that are
the problem. Not the wrestlers, not the long term loyalists,
it's the ones in charge of the show. The decision makers. The
same ones who patronisingly call TNA a fantastic place to work.
The same ones that garble business bollocks and emit management
BS endlessly to sound like they know what they're doing, just to
keep their jobs. There's no fire, no desire, no loyalty to the
company. They feel, and maybe sadder still, Dixie feels, that
TNA are lucky to employ these saps. Why are ratings down? There
is no organisation, no excitement, no consistency, no long term
       planning. Especially creatively.
It's as if the scripts are scrambled together half an hour
before the show! And the killing joke is these 'professionals'
think they're putting out a great product! Are they deaf &
blind? Don't they watch their own show? In my opinion, the
backroom creative/production team are too busy watching WWE and
trying to copy, to follow suit, either that or they don't have
any creative freedom. Maybe it's all dictated to them or maybe
they don't have the time or resources to fully think through
their ideas and storylines. Maybe they don't have time to
concentrate on more than one storyline at a time? It's so sad
and extremely frustrating. The saddest thing is the fact that if
WWE rang them tomorrow, these 'experts' would jump ship and
abandon TNA. It's such a shame and I feel that the death of TNA
isn't far away - if there isn't a drastic change and a serious
cutting of the useless fat that is killing TNA. Impact Wrestling
needs a massive injection of alternative originality & a fierce
       new attitude.
Because putting Dixie Carter through a table might be
commendable and extremely brave on Dixie's part, creatively you
just made ALL your babyfaces (along with the majority of your
locker room) look like petty, vindictive, spiteful cowards who
delighted in seeing the woman who keeps a roof over their
families' heads helplessly bullied and beaten. Congratulations,
       you brainless morons.
Sadly, Dixie is the one who suffers again.

What would hade been interesting would have been if A. J. Styles
would have been there. That would have one of the biggest pops
       in TNA history.
