To be fair, Monster's Ball matches have become pretty tame. Last
super crazy one was Bully Ray vs Abyss, which was a great match.
Although I hear the match between Jeff Hardy and Abyss at the
recent One Night Only ppv was pretty good.

Its not that its that particular match or its participants, its
just that every other match is a gimmick match. Wheres normal?
How can they make them special when they happen every week? In
fact more than once. They are saying "our in ring product is not
good enough to be watched without some form of window dressing"
if so why not? Hot shotting everything gets you know where.

Looking good . The only match I don't want to see is Magnus vs
kurt because I know it will not end with a one on one match it
will end up being some kind of crapy ending like the past two
matches Magnus had :/

Thanks for explaining Sheriff!
Yeah, it seems like they are going for more flash and less
actual good work-ethics. Which sucks because most of it is good
when it's left alone.

I don't know. Can't say it really bothers me because they still
do have mostly regular matches. It's not like last weeks show
was an all specialty match event or something. At worst, we had
a No. 1 Contendership vs Contracts tag match and that's just in
line with the storyline of Magnus beat guys like Styles and
Sting. I don't think it would seem as bad if the latest
tournament wasn't an all specialty match one. Don't get me
wrong, enjoyed it, but I can see how someone who isn't into
those matches as much not liking all the specialty matches as of
late. In the case of Monster's Ball, it's just a bit early for
that. Even though they've been building up Abyss as
uncontrollable and unpredictable, I would have liked to have
seen more done to Ey. Maybe even have ODB get Black Hole
Slammed.

Your right there were no gimmick matches on last weeks show,
however the week before was entirely gimmick matches, on top of
the world title tournament which was entirely gimmick matches,
after BFG Series where a quarter of the matches where gimmick
matches. So no its not mostly normal matches its about half
normal matches. That don't last very long.
