The Greatest TNA Champ of all Time Poll Tourney; Semi Joe vs Roo

So then Round 2 starts with a bang. The longest reigning
champion, against the most physical. Here is some tale of the
tape;
Samoa Joe came with a Ring of Honor world title, upon joining
TNA X Division, Tag Team and NWA World Heavyweight titles came
his way, but as always the TNA title is what we are interested
in. His championship pedigree, and his stiff hard hitting style
also brought prestige to the fledgling TNA Championship. His
defeat of Kurt Angle in one of the companies signature feuds, in
fact in Pro Wrestling signature feud of the mid 00s, led to a
seven month run. Here he is in one of his career defining
matches;

Bobby Roode; The longest reigning champion in company history.
He has been loyal to TNA throughout his career and is a true
company man. His world title reign was marked with controversy
and was high on rating and artistically brilliant powered by the
wider feud with James Storm. In fact here is the blow off to

I have to go for Roode .. He had one of the best runs as the
champion .. It also made him a star and it was the start of his
heel turn to what was good to see..

Both of them have had good runs .. I was looking at joes run
back in the day , and he had some amazing matches .. But for me
I have got to go for Roode he has done more in the last 3 years
than joe has . It was the making of Roode . To go from a face to
a heel is not an easy thing to do..

Joe deserves more, Roode deserves a kick in the teeth. If he was
half as good as his ego then he could be twice the wrestler he
is.

In 2012 Roode was at the top of the main event . It is a shame
that TNA have lost their way with him now :(

I wouldn't say that, top line feud with Kurt Angle, the EGO run
was very entertaining and he had the big comeback storyline the
BFG Series, even if it was a mess he's been main event all the
way.

[/quote]. He lost his way fr a bit until they got him in te feud
with kurt . The ego move was a good move to it is giving him two
f the best to wor with ., love them or hate them dan and Kaz are
where the money is . They are very funny and it s a.ways good to
have them on TV to break up the show a bit..
I am with JP I think after he lost the belt TN lost their way
with him for a bit..
