He is a very clever man to have stayed in the bis for so long ..
Yes he has made a lot of bad moves . Just look at some of the
matches he made in TNA.

Yeah that would be Ruso. You also have to remember as a booker
and trainer he provided us with Randy Orton, John Cena, Batista,
Daniel Bryan (OVW when Jim owned it). He is a general all round
genius. If he and Heyman could get along for more than 5 minutes
they would take over the world.

He didn't even have the last say. He voluntarily got demoted to
road agent just so he didn't have to talk to Russo and he could
protect the boys from the crap.
